This quaint bungalow was once the residence of Laura’s son and his fiancé. The house is now yours to rent. The location provides easy access to all Kansas City has to offer. Our live-in maintenance, Reuben, lives right next door in Richard’s brick building.

This beautifully furnished house has been separated into two apartments that are separated by a foyer and staircase at the front door. The property sits between Laura’s bungalow and Richards red-brick building down the street from the Kansas City Art Institute.
